Launceston Sports has been around for well over 25 years but has changed a lot since we took over in 2004.  As well as being an all-round sports shop, we have added a specialist running department, therapy treatment rooms and a personal training studio.  We also supply and engrave trophies and awards for all types of events and situations.   Everyone who works at Launceston Sports is 'passionate about sport'.  We have a combined wealth of practical knowledge and experience gained from our own training, competition and studies plus years of helping people achieve their goals.
 

Since 2004 we have been known as Launceston Sports & Therapy Centre and we’re open six days a week.  The retail area is on the ground floor selling all sorts of sporting equipment, footwear and clothing from fitness, swimming, football, rugby and cricket to our specialist running section with a treadmill for gait analysis.  We have a large selection of running shoes including road running, off road, walking shoes and track spikes and are getting a reputation for being able to fit great shoes to awkward feet!

On the first floor are the therapy treatment rooms were you can enjoy relaxation massage, sports massage/therapy, seated acupressure massage to mention a few variations, courtesy of our highly qualified and experience therapists.  On the top floor are the engraving department and personal training studio run by Matt Luxton of Functionally Aware Fitness.
